Keeping your Heart Healthy

1) Avoid Tobacco Use & Second Hand Smoke, they both can damage your arteries
2) Eat a Healthy diet:
a. Rich in plant foods
b. Use only real Salt sparingly – Lake Crystal Salt is organic and high in essential minerals
c. Omega-3’s from Highwood Crossing Cold Pressed Flax Oil.

g. Drink your antioxidants. Red Espresso, Vastu Rooibos Chai & Revolution Green Tea are high in antioxidants.
3) If you have diabetes, it is important to manage it. People with diabetes have a much higher risk of heart disease.
4) Do not drink excessively.
5) Reduce Stress.
6) Keep Active – 30 minutes a day minimum.
